XXI Jailed Greatness

As I have always said, countless times, it is a human’s duty to contribute to and advance this world, our quotidian world. However, consistent brainwashing and forced conformation, chaining people to their box like structures, in which they must reside and comply with their list of restrictive and evil inhumane rules, has destroyed freedom. It has nearly annihilated your will to live, to exist and pursue greatness and power. Things you could use to change the world, Aliens. The possibilities are marvelous, and unthinkable. Nearly impossible to get your heads around. Exciting, thrilling adventures and aspirations, and then the finale where you go out with a bang.

Of course, not everyone allows Freedom. Since the beginning of Evolution, your populace, Aliens (female), has been denied virtually everything that could advance this distorted world that was run by the dictating populace and your fellow slaves who allow it. Now, some of you have pushed forward, and your armies continue to rupture that which keeps you caged. It is vital that you eliminate the systematic extermination of your souls. The Holocaust, a much more vicious kind, is alive and well, and it’s unrelenting with its weapons of mass destruction. They have the upper hand, what with religion, archaic tradition, and fierce beliefs on their side, bathed in its own bile. This is their hell hole, miles beneath truth and dignity. These monsters believe in slavery, they believe in killing their opponents’ spirit and forcing them into subordination and secondary, insignificant positions. But we the Resistance, will die before we let that happen. We’ll die before we let them take over. Revolution, Aliens, isn’t bound by such weakness.

These mentally deformed grotesque individuals are bent on SD, something we have been warning you all about for eons, and bleeding out information on. It’s never ending, but some of you, a minority, realize the lies and unusual concepts they have been purging out. You realize something we have known all along. A form of heinous, dangerous, slavery being enforced. A radical notion, yes, but once you connect various happenings, you should be able to realize how obvious it is.

Alright, as of now, an exposition of their methods of enforcement is in order. I’ve always told you that you have potential, lasses, even though the world tells you you are nothing but reproductive machines, meant to be betrothed and impregnated. Infected, to be absolutely technical. Bound for life as the usable slave that is emotionally driven. This is the kind of the thinking they allow, the ways they infect you. It’s obviously working, but only until we get to you and tell you that it’s all a lie. All that they say, all the words and rules they vomit out, are great lies that have been preserved as means to restrict certain threatening classes. Females, like slaves, are a major threat. And so, they’ve concocted lies to keep them firmly under their boots. Matrimony is an extremely effective method of extermination. By extermination, we do not mean physical - it is not murder. However, matrimony and reproduction are used to restrict the unfortunate targets, you the Alien populace. An ideal solution that allows the reapers to still successfully shut them up, whilst keeping them enslaved. It proves to be much easier than killing them off, which has dire consequences (the pop. dying out, not having an object for sex, etc.) that will deprive them of a good usable, possibly disposable with prostitution, human being.

It took awhile to form a consistent theory, but this can be applied almost exactly to the situation. They will tell you that reproduction is what will define you, and is a selfless, important dedication that you must follow through. Well, we’ll be as respectful as we can, and say FUCK IT. This is exactly what they’d want you to do. The moment you initiate betrothal/reproduction, you will automatically place yourself in a low subordinate position. Now, you will ask what the enemy (male/female, mostly other females) receives from this. Once you have been locked into these systems, all else does not and cannot matter. No. It is not possible to ‘have it all’. No matter what, your main focus will now be on your slave activities, a slave to the home-front. You’ve now surrendered your future, your potential, and everything you could have been, to childlike responsibilities; ‘femininity’ in all its glorious evil. Well technically, you’re the effeminate ones, by force, since you could have chosen to be greater. Education, focusing on real world issues is not possible, and greatness in this world is now out of the question. It is all meant to be given up for the sake of being useless, weak links that have nothing to contribute to humankind. Not only does it permanently shut you up, it also allows the opposition to hunt their aspirations without any threat. That is, after all, what slaves are for. Facilitation. You cannot exactly usurp them, now that you are forced to focus on two, and only two, predetermined life ambitions. It’s a perfect trap, since it seems selfless and you are trained to believe it is fulfilling.

If you do not agree to this ultimatum, you will be coined ‘selfish’ and ‘unnatural’, sometimes ‘hard-hearted’. Obviously, these are pure lies, lasses. True selflessness is aiding the majority, the world, not simply being forced by everyone to produce cunt droppings and be depended on some falsely superior other. Never believe that, even at gunpoint. But, this is evidence that masculinity is the only solution in this toxic battle for freedom. Masculinity will free you, Aliens. It encompasses all that which will throw you into real aspirations, ones with a true selfless base. Not the ones that declare false selflessness like bloody matrimony and reproduction. Would you truly abandon your potential to be lesser, weaker, inferior than all that you can be? If you do, you are better off dead. Spitting in the face of the freedom that many before you have fought and given their lives up for. We’re telling you right now, you can do more than that. Be someone great. Your life can be used to move mountains, and change the future. Never, for as long as you’re alive, forget that. Never relent and surrender, no matter how hard or how long they beat you into conformation. I don’t care if we’re all battered, if the walls are painted with our blood, and this is our last hour, Aliens, you cannot break. It would be going against humanity, and everything freedom stands for.

But no, you always choose to be weak. For some reason, perhaps out of violent, rigorous brainwashing, you choose to stay true to weakness. No man would ever choose to be like you. It’d be a sheer embarrassment, the worst insult to his strength and intellectualism. Man knows better, and he constantly proves to go against femininity. Why? Why do you think that pattern is? It’s not a coincidence. It proves he is somebody who deserves life, who uses his potential to the fullest and goes against all odds. He is great, he has a greater purpose in life. Every man does. And yet, you oblivious Aliens cannot grasp this concept, the secret to everything life holds. By following the way of man, being masculine, power should be within your reach. However. Power is not the kind of self centred right that the opposition thinks it to be. It has nothing to do with might, nothing to do with conquering, or putting the rest of the Living underneath you. Real selfless power, the most titanic substance, that can be used positively to do good for the Earth is the real deal.

Being feminine is not a valuable trait, as we have discussed and proven in previous documents. I tell you this, it can and will kill you. It is exactly why males will never even accept it. How would a soldier manage these hopeless tendencies, how could a marshal put up with this kind of attitude? Dependency, weakness, ineptness, inability, domesticity in all its bile, and being chained to useless ambitions is something no man will want. It’s worthless, and humans can do so much more. There isn’t any time for such liabilities.
Choose the right path, lasses. The uncertain, dangerous path, filled with ridicule and hate from the opposition. The path of real glory, the path of a warrior, the path that defies all limits, the path of undying Resistance that could put the opposition at your mercy. Choose a path of a sole wanderer, a lone human. Completely above all odds. Rely on your mental capacity and your rational thinking, rather than pathetic emotions you are forced to have. According to theory, you are only taught to be weak, whereas males are taught to be everything opposite to what you are. This is all a conspiracy, the greatest coverup ever known. This is not a coincidence - forming groups of controllers and the controlled. They are grooming you to be the controlled, the powerless runts who seek protection and are therefore dependent - dependency = in need of a leader. Hence, you are the ones that must be taught to fit into these oppressive, illegal, roles. You are the now futuristic ‘slaves’ of the world, and they want you exactly like this. Both female and male humans, they order you to kneel in the face of Dictatorship. They demand your positions to be stagnant and that would trigger devolution. It’s a sly operation, but I think it should be obvious. It is your duty to say NO. Do not tolerate these humans.

Once you realize the Truth, you will begin to ask questions. Why? Why me? Why must I…? And then the majority will shun anyone who realizes the Truth, because it makes them uncomfortable; an involuntary reflex to their own brainwashing no doubt. But it is easy to falter, even after the Revelation. But you must stand alone, and believe that you can in fact pursue freedom until it’s within your grasp. The living aren’t meant to be in chains any more than spirits are. The only kind of code of conduct and traits you should be aspiring to are masculine ones. They will take you to the ends of the world, I guarantee you that. Don’t stop for anyone. Don’t conform to those heinous institutions. Matrimony and reproduction are distractions, and their preservers won’t particularly like the idea of miscreants who want to defy their life plans for citizens. It won’t be physically violent, like the murderous, uneducated, completely moronic, islamists’ methods. But even though WE happen to be made of Titanium, we can somewhat empathize with you when you whine about being frowned upon and looked at with confusion. Even though it means nothing and we can’t understand why you would pay much attention to mundane reactions to your rebellion, we can understand that it can be painful. But a Resistor, Aliens, wouldn’t even notice, and wouldn’t dare give a flying fuck.

XIX Irreversible Lettre

Good evening, good evening, again lasses of Tumblr. Or Aliens, whichever you prefer. We’ve gone back to researching heavily what you’re up against. A dangerous process that, if we lived in archaic, criminally evil and discriminatory states, they’d stone us. Course, we would have brought out the poisoned arrows, bows, and axes before they’d get much closer. We don’t exactly war with uneducated religious states considering they’d be much too dim witted, in any case.

I should mention, this is an ill-fated mission, arming you and breaking your chains of conformation and slavery, especially since you are adamant enough to prefer enslavement to freedom, but I’ve convinced the other comrades of the Resistance that there are still some barely alive lasses out there in the frigidness, waiting to have life breathed into them, and might, and power overpowering their minds, replacing their brainwashed weaknesses. In fact, I feel a rush every time I think we might be able to save at least one of you. That alone would satisfy a Resistor.

Onto a review of the attacks. You already know most of them, in the other letters we’ve written. I must say, we’ve harpooned most of the intolerable, festering vermin [aka sexists/traditionalists/sods/oxygen pirates/conformists]. They do such an impeccable job, what with the media and religious cults infecting your brains with false limitations imposed on you, and silently killing your determined will to be one of the Greats of this Earth, someone whose life is worthwhile, someone courageous who has advanced the world and thrown it into the future.

Someone who stands, lives, and dies alone; completely, selflessly, focused on being a warrior rather than a weak link. Not a pathetic, sidelined, useless, coward that the masses demand you be: A female. Someone who desires companionship/matrimony[slavery]/breeding, and want to be loved and defended, a servant to the other, the ‘superior’ class. That isn’t what adoration is. Adoration is the triumphant, well-deserved thrill that warriors are given for their bravery and skill. But you? You’re just another slave who’s a liability because it relies on such weak, sickly roles. That is femininity, Aliens. That is what they slyly force you to absorb. They want to kill you, make you completely unprepared for the unknown, thrilling, adventurous world outside your four walls of oppression.

It’s just nearly orgiastic to see the followers of Abrahamic religions crawl away on their bellies, appalled at the sight of you holding on to the Freedom you’ve yanked out of their dying claws. A systematic rebellion. Such is the face of revenge. Aye, we are vengeful, full of hate and revolt. But we harm none…most of the time. We seek to tear the leeches off of you, we seek to set fire on those who rape your minds. We seek to teach you bravery, courage, and push you to focus on excellence - academic, universal, exciting, expeditionary aspirations. Knowledge, grasping it and letting it alone invade you, renouncing all else that could impede advancement. That’s what Resistance is. Anger. A constant, ferocious defense against what is wrong. An intolerance for anyone or anything that attacks freedom. The merciless extermination of submission/subordination and any belief that holds it. We conquer it, and we torture it until it’s screams cease to fill the night air. Then wipe it off the face of the earth.

We have no time for Aliens who defend their own subordination. If they like, they can rot in the underworld with their superiors. Or they can chose to be atlantean. Magnificent beasts that ignore limitations and breaks through effortlessly, sinking their teeth into glory.

URGENT: On the hunt once again, Aliens. It never ends, the hate crimes never end. Researching let’s you know what your present state is, and that’s something. Sex discrimination (Sexism) is alive and well, and it isn’t even human. It’s rearing its ugly head in the form of religion, and that’s what the focus is going to be on tonight. People must let go of political correctness, because not long ago, slavery wasn’t meant to be challenged. Homosexuality wasn’t supposed to be even spoken about. And look at the damage that’s done. Look at what not fighting against the Holocaust accomplished. So many. DEAD. But the following Holocaust has been a continuous process for eons, and it’s got a whole lot more to restrain and kill than just flesh: Brains, for lack of a better term. We are repeating history every time we let sexism, the Holocaust of Aliens (female pop.) led PRIMARILY by those who historically have had ties to Nazism, overrule proper judgement and logic. The Dictator clearly wants new victims once he’s been forced to stop slaughtering and chaining his other victims. Bloodthirst; it never ends.

What is wrong, in your conscience, is wrong. Especially since we are supposed to be the advanced part of the world when it comes to humanity.

We’re the thinkers, who have a fair judicial system (compared to other countries, mind you). And we’re letting Aliens, get gunned down in this battle (the world itself is a battle). Standing by and letting oppression not just continue, but grow, for the sake of political correctness or respect for others, is bullshit. They’re beyond reformation, like it or not. Abolish the root of this age-old form of slavery we haven’t had the guts to abolish yet. Stop being cowardly, and be humane. Do you really want to be as ignorant as those of the past?

Afghanistan: Women Continue to Suffer

Another cornucopia of endless reasons as to why islam, the most heinous, offensive, unlawful, immoral, and intolerant belief system in the world, MUST be abolished. Too radical? America was supposed to have “liberated” Afghanistan from the grip of the Taliban, but many things haven’t changed or at least haven’t changed much - for example, the abusive and violent treatment of women. Imagine Germany in 1947 where Jews are still abused and discriminated against. Would people permit that? [Sexism, as I’ve always said, is the Holocaust, it is slavery. It’s pathetic how females take it]

[M]any women in those prisons are there at the request of a family member. Their “crimes” range from marrying a man of their own choosing to being accused of adultery. According to the State Department, they chose prison over enduring rampant domestic violence or being forced into arranged marriages. The Times reports on a women who was murdered because she hosted a popular music show. [T]wo months ago her bosses were forced to dismiss [Shaima] Rezayee, 24, under pressure from conservative mullahs who were disgusted by the “unIslamic values” of her music show. This week she paid for her unconventional choices with her life: she was shot dead in her home by an unknown assailant. The country’s mullahs and members of the Supreme Court, were still incensed after losing a battle last year to have women removed from the nation’s television screens.

Rapes, beatings, prison, and even murder are what face women in Afghanistan if they fail to uphold the repressive standards that men insist are God’s will. The United States has done little or nothing to stop this — and certainly nothing that has been effective — but you won’t hear anything about this directly from the White House. Why not? Why don’t they fully disclose the problems in Afghanistan and then explain what they intend to do?

The Taliban has been defeated - well, not entirely, but they don’t have as much power anymore - yet conditions for women in Afghanistan haven’t improved as much as they should have. Women are still treated as second-class citizens because the men simply refuse to recognize them as social or political equals. It’s amazing that they are even treated like human beings. Perhaps conditions will improve for women in Afghanistan, but it seems hard to have much hope. America came in to get rid of the Taliban and establish democracy, but is it doing much to establish a liberal society that will respect the rights, liberty, and dignity of all citizens regardless of sex or religion? If not, then establishing “democracy” doesn’t mean a great deal.

Pakistan: Musharraf Claims Women Want to get Raped Pakistan has a problem with how women are treated in its society. One especially egregious issue is the way women can be raped on orders from elders who see rape as punishment for something done by the woman’s male relatives. Pakistan’s president, Gen. Pervez Musharraf, thinks that some women choose to be raped to get a visa to travel abroad. What are the chances that Musharraf’s comments here are part of the problem, in that they are symptoms of a deep-seated animosity towards female autonomy? The problem for Muscharraf here isn’t violence towards women, but women who want to go out on their own, make lives for themselves, and establish an identity that is independent of male relatives, traditional religion, and Pakistani social norms.

It must be acknowledged that people do awfully strange things for attention, so I guess it can’t be excluded completely that someone would choose to be raped — or at least fake a rape — in order to get attention or get a chance to leave behind poverty and oppression in a nation like Pakistan. The fact that such a thing is possible, though, is not a reason to think it is true in any (much less many) actual cases. There’s a gap between what’s possibly true and what’s actually true — and Muscharraf is leaping over that gap as if it didn’t exist.

Saudi Arabia: Women to be Barred from Voting A 2005 case. In Saudi Arabia, women will be denied the right to vote in the upcoming 2005 elections. Women, then, will continue to have a second-class status in the most theocratic Muslim nation and the nation which controls the holiest places of Islam. The Saudi election laws don’t specifically bar women from voting and the denial is based upon “administrative” concerns — there aren’t enough female staff to run woman-only election centers and too few Saudi women have identification cards. Of course, all of this is largely because of other Saudi policies and laws that restrict the freedoms of women. Women in the kingdom live with highly circumscribed rights. They are, for example, not permitted to travel unaccompanied by male relatives or allowed to drive.

Iran Executing Mentally Ill Girls The Iranian mullahs’ treatment of women and girls keeps sliding deeper and deeper into depravity. Now they have sentenced a teenage girl with the mental age of 8 to death. Her crime: “acts contrary to chastity” because she was sold for sex.

The Independent reports:

The girl, known as Leyla M, is in prison while the Supreme Court decides on her “acts contrary to chastity”, among the most serious charges under Iranian law. Under the penal code, girls as young as nine and boys as young as 15 can be executed.

In an interview on a Persian-language website, the 19-year-old says she was forced into prostitution by her mother at the age of eight. Amnesty International refers to reports that say she was repeatedly raped, bore her first child aged nine and was passed from pimp to pimp before having another three children.

Just four months ago another mentally ill girl was executed by hanging (the judge put the noose around her neck himself) because she had sex before marriage. There is no good reason for any of this, just mental illness on the part of the judges that has been deemed socially acceptable because their pathology has been given the mask of religion.

Girls Poisoned for Going to School

The Guardian reports on some girls who were evidently poisoned for daring to go to school and get an education:

Vikram Parekh, from the International Crisis Group, said there had been a series of attacks on girls’ schools, particularly in the south of the country, in recent months but this was the first time children had been attacked. “A girl’s school was recently burnt to the ground in Kandahar and others have been attacked, but this is a horrible development to see that the girls themselves would be targeted,” he told the Guardian. Few details of the incident were available last night, but militants are angry about the Karzai government’s reversal of a Taliban ban on female education. Attacks on schools have also taken place in Pakistan’s neighbouring North West Frontier Province.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai has condemned those who have done such things, but this is the same man who told Afghan men that they should “let” their female relatives vote, but “control” whom they vote for. The official Taliban may have disappeared, but Afghanistan has not yet been freed from the grip of Islamic extremists who will do everything they can to control society.

After the legislative session began in June, the 290-member Parliament, including all 12 of the women, abruptly rejected proposals to expand the inheritance right of Iranian women and to adopt the United Nations convention that bans discrimination against women. They also backed away from previous efforts to make gender equality a goal of the country’s next four-year development plan. Instead, the new Parliament has called for placing more restrictions on women’s attire and on their social freedoms.

In recent months … newspapers have reported that scores of women have been arrested in Teheran and around the country because they were wearing what the authorities considered to be un-Islamic dress. Members of Parliament have called for segregating men and women at universities and for other limits on women’s activities. Hardliners have held protests to call for a crackdown on freedoms for women and have contended that women ridicule religious sanctities by violating the dress code.

BREAKING NEWS: Women in Kuwait will retain their second-class status after Islamist legislators blocked a plan to let them vote. Reformers had been optimistic, but conservative Muslims had their way and it’s not clear if or when a new vote on the issue will occur.

The Independent reports:

Those abstaining included Islamist and tribal conservatives who are trying to avoid angering the government, which supports the measure, by voting “no” and to avoid angering constituents by voting “yes”. … Only 15 per cent of Kuwait’s 950,000-plus citizens are eligible to vote in the elections. If women over 21 are allowed to register, that number could rise to 38.9 per cent, Al-Shall Economic Consultants estimates.

Isn’t Kuwait one of those countries whose democracy American soldiers are supposed to be fighting for? Has the Bush administration even said anything about this?

India: Female Politicians Must Be Veiled

In Deoband, India, a highly influential Islamic seminary has declared that Muslim women cannot appear in public as politicians unless they are veiled. To do otherwise would be contradictory to Islamic law.

Pakistan’s Daily Times reports on the comments from the Dar-ul-Uloom school:

Maulana Shahid Rehan, a scholar at the school, told The Associated Press on Thursday that “Islam never forbids women from doing social service, but her conduct should be in accordance with Shariah,” or Islamic law. “Shariah says women should not go in public without veil and a Muslim should follow this,” he said.

The ruling follows a far more controversial decision in June by a Muslim village in northern India, which used its power over marriage to rule that an alleged rape victim move in with her father-in-law - the man accused of attacking her. She was also ordered to treat her husband as her son, effectively becoming her father-in-law’s wife. The school backed up the council by declaring that the woman could no longer live with her husband, although it did not order her to move in with the father-in-law.

I wonder whether the scholars at this school really support voting for women in the first place. They may not object to women doing “social service,” but that covers a lot more than politics.

Fears for European Muslim Women Who Speak Out

North County Times explains:

Since the slaying of filmmaker Theo van Gogh last month in Amsterdam, there have been death threats against two prominent Muslim women — politicians Ayaan Hirsi Ali in Holland and Mimount Bousakla in Belgium — who have spoken out against repression in Islam. Allas, 35, is among a growing group of young women from Muslim backgrounds who are making it in politics, the arts, media or the law in Europe, and in some cases are putting themselves at the forefront of the fight against extremism from two directions — Islamic fundamentalists and Europe’s far-right fringe. … Fatima Elatik, deputy mayor of Amsterdam’s heavily immigrant Zeeburg borough, was assigned bodyguards after receiving threats from a right-wing Dutch extremist after the Van Gogh killing.

If women who speak out are afraid and getting threats, not only are their fears and criticisms completely validated, but there is something very deeply and even pathologically wrong with Muslim communities even in the West.

Iran Cracking Down on Young Women

A senior security official told one of Iran’s state-run news agencies, ISNA, that “mal-veiled or unveiled individuals inside and outside of cars” would be the target of arrests by Iran’s State Security Forces, the paramilitary police force. … The top official said the police would embark on a systematic clampdown on “shops and public places where public chastity and Islamic values are ignored”. Loud music will no longer be tolerated, he said.

It’s a basic feature of traditional Islamic ideology that social order requires the control of women — specifically, women’s sexuality. Men cannot be trusted around women unless the women conceal everything sexual about them. Women carry the responsibility if men are tempted or excited; men, however, carry the responsibility for repressing women to make sure they don’t tempt men and for punishing women if they get out of line.

How To Beat Your Wife There are many, many Muslim clerics in the world who are anxious to help educate men about how to properly beat their wives in order to ensure marital bliss.

MEMRI has quite a lot of interesting information:

Sheikh Yousef Qaradhawi, one of the most influential clerics in Sunni Islam and head of the European Council for Fatwa and Research, has advocated non-painful wife-beating. In his 1984 book ‘The Lawful and the Prohibited in Islam,’ he wrote: “If the husband senses that feelings of disobedience and rebelliousness are rising against him in his wife, he should try his best to rectify her attitude by kind words, gentle persuasion, and reasoning with her. If this is not helpful, he should sleep apart from her, trying to awaken her agreeable feminine nature so that serenity may be restored, and she may respond to him in a harmonious fashion. If this approach fails, it is permissible for him to beat her lightly with his hands, avoiding her face and other sensitive parts.”

On the Al-Jazeera weekly program ‘The Shar’ia and Life’ of October 5, 1997, Al-Qaradhawi said: “Beating is permitted [to the man] in the most limited of cases, and only in a case when the wife rebels against her husband… The beating, of course, will not be with a whip, a stick, or a board. The beating will be according to what the Prophet said to a servant girl who annoyed him on a particular matter, ‘If it were not for fear of punishment in the Hereafter, I would have beaten you with this miswak.’

According to the website of the embassy of Saudi Arabia’s Islamic Affairs Department (IAD), wife-beating is permitted in accordance with Qur’anic verses and Hadiths used by the IAD to explain the rights a husband has over his wives: “The husband’s rights on his wife are greater than hers over him.” Another source states, “Men have a supervisory authority on account of the physical advantage they possess…” It is also stated, “When the husband calls his wife to his bed and she disobeys, and he spends the night in anger against her, the angels keep cursing her till the morning.” In addition, “If a woman dies while her husband was pleased with her,” it is explained that “she will enter into Paradise.”

Answering the question: “Does Islam allow wife-beating?” Dr. Muzammil H. Siddiqi, former president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) stated: “[I]n some cases a husband may use some light disciplinary action in order to correct the moral infraction of his wife, but this is only applicable in extreme cases and it should be resorted to if one is sure it would improve the situation. However, if there is a fear that it might worsen the relationship or may wreak havoc on him or the family, then he should avoid it completely.”

[Firstly, it should be obvious that it does not matter if islam discourages wife battery if it harms the relationship. That is irrelevant, and it is extremely offensive to justify it on those grounds, when wife battery is allowed and regulated {a sickening thought}. The point is, it is permitted, along with the other obvious sexist remarks concerning an adult with no official authority (at least in the minds of moral, rational people) being able to discipline another adult, and also the slave being expected to obey and take orders from her master. Yes, this is un-abolished slavery]

The article even has excerpts from an episode of a show on Saudi Arabia’s Iqraa TV hosted by Jasem Muhammad Al-Mutawah, an “expert” on family matters in Islam. In this episode, Al-Mutawa discusses wife-beating while holding a 10-foot pool cue which apparently some couples keep in the home. So, because men are bigger and stronger than women, they have authority over the entire family. Because they have authority, they have a right to “correct” and “discipline” their wives, even physically, if they think it is necessary on account of their wife’s “rebellion.” Women, however, are not allowed to do the same - after all, they aren’t the ones with authority. [What else is new?]

Michigan: Sexist Imam Speaks to Students

imam Siraj Wahhaj of Masjid Al-Taqwa mosque in Brooklyn, N.Y., gave a talk on how women should be restricted to only certain roles.

“In Islam, we try not to have a free intermingling of the sexes. Everything about women is attractive to men,” Wahhaj said. “That is why they should cover their heads and bodies.”

Because, you know, men can’t be expected or obligated to exercise a bit of self-control and restraint around an attractive women. If men are tempted, it’s all the woman’s fault.

Wahhaj also believes that women should be recognized for what they do in the home as wives and mothers. “Islam allows women to work outside the home,” said Wahhaj, “but they must never sacrifice their primary function of wife and mother for a secondary one.”

Because, you know, men can’t be expected to have a role in the home in raising their children into decent human beings. That responsibility lies entirely with the women.

Women in administrative roles in typically male professions makes sense, Wahhaj said, but “would you want to work with or depend on being saved by a woman firefighter?”

Actually, I wouldn’t mind working with or depending on being saved by a woman firefighter who is qualified for the job and good at what she does. It is practically the very definition of sexism and bigotry for Wahhaj to disparage a woman in a particular career merely because she is a woman and regardless of what qualifications or skills she may have.

Even more disturbing than the rebarbative sexism of this religious popinjay is the fact that no one appears to have objected or dissented from his statements. Perhaps there is information that the report doesn’t contain, but out of the “400 students, faculty and friends of the Muslim Students Association,” could the reporter really only find people who agreed with Wahhaj’s bigotry? That’s pathetic.

[What’s even more pathetic is that muslims are unintelligent and adamant enough, STILL, to follow these illogical, bathed-in-raw-stupidity teachings. Still, in 2011. Complete devolution. Well then, why do women do this? Because they are carefully told that being a wife and mother is the most glorious thing in the world, the one thing they’re fit for, the most noble activity they can possibly have, and…and this is told to them until they believe it. And if they don’t believe it, there’s a lot of trouble made for them.

But notice the difference: once you want women not to have children, you’re going to have to give them something else to do! It is absolutely impossible to tell a woman that she can’t have children, and at the same time that she can’t do anything else either except maybe wash an occasional dish.

Well then, in the world of the 21st century in order to keep the birth rate down, we’re going to have to give women interesting things to do that’ll make them glad to stay out of the nursery. And the interesting things that I can think of that we give women to do are essentially the same as the interesting things that we give men to do. I mean we’re going to have women help in running the government, and science, and industry…whatever there is to run in the 21st century. And what it amounts to is we’re going to have to pretend…when I say”we”, I mean men…we’re going to have to pretend that women are people.

And you know, pretending is a good thing because if you pretend long enough, you’ll forget you’re pretending and you’ll begin to believe it.

We should understand that a key factor in keeping women out of the same professions and fields that are open to men involves keeping women pregnant and at home. This is a fundamental premise behind Christian Right opposition to family planning, abortion, contraception, changing social roles, and even in some ways gay rights and gay marriage. The Christian Right needs a woman’s life to be circumscribed by her uterus and her ability to produce children.

Women have been denigrated and forced into a second-class status. This was true right from the earliest years of Christianity and has continued down through today.

One of the curious features of the Christian Right’s agenda for America has been the way it treats women as little more than baby-makers. For them, a woman is defined by the fact that she can bear a child, not by anything she actually does or accomplishes in her life.

World O’Crap links to the article “Protect Your Womb” by Nancy Campbell. It was written for Above Rubies, which describes itself as:

…a magazine to encourage women in their high calling as wives, mothers, and homemakers. Its purpose is to uphold and strengthen family life and to raise the standard of God’s truth in the nation. The name has been chosen from Proverbs 31.10 AMP, ” A capable, intelligent and virtuous woman, who is he who can find her? She is far more precious than jewels and her value is far Above Rubies or pearls.”

I’m guessing, then, that this is a genuine article — but it looks an awful lot like satire. Sometimes truth is stranger than parody:

We can find God’s wisdom relating to every matter in His Word, even in such feminine matters as the womb and breasts.

So, a woman has no identity outside of her womb? Her career, he ideas, her philosophy, her actions… none of these establish her identity? And what of a woman who has a hysterectomy: does she lose her identity? Does she become an Unwoman?

Feminism Encourages Women to Work Outside the Home

In his most recent book, Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum expresses the idea that one of the drawbacks of modern feminism is that it encouraged women to work outside the home. How horrible! Women should stay at home and raise children - that’s their god-given role in life, right?

Capitol Buzz offers this quote:

“Many women have told me, and surveys have shown, that they find it easier, more “professionally” gratifying, and certainly more socially affirming, to work outside the home than to give up their careers to take care of their children. Think about that for a moment…Here, we can thank the influence of radical feminism, one of the core philosophies of the village elders.” (It Takes a Family, 95)

Santorum doesn’t seem to have anything negative to say about men who find it more gratifying and socially affirming to work outside the home rather than give up careers to stay home and care for children.

Women’s Rights: A Disease That Should Be Eradicated

Vox Day, a “libertarian” Christian whose politics are one part authoritarianism, one part religious fascism, and one part sheer nuttiness. He’s been making headlines again, and for all three reasons.

I very much like women and wish them well, which is precisely why I consider women’s rights to be a disease that should be eradicated.

Notice that he doesn’t merely say that women’s suffrage was a bad idea; instead, he think that suffrage should be taken away from women today.

The women of America would do well to consider whether their much-cherished gains of the right to vote, work, murder and freely fornicate are worth destroying marriage, children, civilized Western society and little girls. They can at least console themselves with the thought that, in the long run, it doesn’t matter what they do, because the women’s-rights ideology is an evolutionary dead end, and it is increasingly apparent that societies embracing it will not survive.

Because marriage and “civilization” as Vox Day define them are the only valid ways to think about these concepts, right?

A few years back, he wrote a post in which he said that women should be denied the vote because you’re all too scared and you might vote for protection over civil liberties, and that just broke his libertarian heart. Anyway, a group of bloggers (myself included) debated with him for a while over the illogic in his argument (Denying people the vote to INCREASE freedom?). After a few arguments in which he seemed to be drifting off topic (he brought up no-faults divorce, which has exactly nothing to do with personal security but does a good job of exposing his Men’s Rights roots), I finally got him to admit that he would also deny the vote to minorities, the poor, homosexuals, and generally any group that consistently votes Democratic. Yes, the libertarian said this. Per Vox, voting has NOTHING to do with freedom, which is why he has no problem with denying it to 3/4 of the country.

This seems to sum up Vox Day’s political attitude: deny the right to vote to anyone who disagrees with Vox Day’s beliefs. Consider:

The right to buy and sell private property is far more fundamental than the so-called “right” to vote; it can actually be found in the Constitution. … I wish that the states were still a laboratory of democracy, as I think it would be extremely informative for everyone to see what would happen in two neighboring states, one where only women were franchised and one where only men were franchised.
